We strongly believe that self confidence and self esteem are the basic foundation of all great performances. More than the weaknesses one should know his/ her strengths and fully focus on it.Our approach toward the skill development program is based on this ideology. So our Kaushal Varga begins with one-to-one counselling of all the participants in a very friendly & motivating atmosphere congenial for them to express themselves.
Lecture on "Karyakaushalta" -skilful performance: Sri. Vinayak Ranadeji delivered the keynote lecture of " Kaushal Varga" in a very convincing way.It was more interactive than one man speech. Lots of interest and curiosities among the participants are observed.
